We will accept returns for refund or exchange if an item was damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange of a damaged or incorrect item, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item to alert us of the problem.
Please send pictures within the notification email of the damaged package upon receipt, as well as damage to the inner contents as you unwrap the item(s). These will assist Tied Up Neat in alerting the carrier in the case of their fault.
Next, we will initiate the return of the damaged or incorrect item to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of the item, including shipping if paid by the customer.

Original purchase shipping costs for any orders placed are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of carrier damage or incorrect item sent (see instructions above).
Return shipment packaging needs, costs and fees will be the responsibility of the customer. For your security, we encourage you to obtain a tracking number and shipping insurance for your return package. Tied Up Neat is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged by the return carrier.
Upon receipt of the item, with intact status of the product confirmed by Tied Up Neat, a refund of the paid product cost will be provided to the customer.

Additional Concerns To Avoid Returns
Colors
The best effort has been made to represent the colors of each item accurately. There may be visual differences due to the calibration of your computer screen.
Handcrafted Character
There may be slight variations in the finished size of each item. These items were not produced on a machine, but with human skill and love. Imperfections should be accepted as a natural uniqueness of handmade crafts.
Careful Handling
Mindful care should be taken when handling all macramé items to prevent snags or stains from occurring.
If necessary, wash or spot clean by hand with gentle soap and water. Let dry naturally.
Do NOT put macramé items in any washer or dryer machine.
To neaten fine textured fringe (like ornaments or tassels; aka "straight-hair" fringe): gently use a fine-toothed comb. Steel combs are recommended.
To neaten courser fringe (like on some macro items; aka fringe that twists/curls): gently finger comb or unravel pieces that may retwist with other strands.
Trim any stray fibers carefully with sharp fabric scissors.
