Shipping Policy 2025
ORDER RECEIPT & PROCESSING
Processing orders to ship can take up to 4 business days. This processing time is programmed by Shopify to calculate into the shipping carrier's estimated delivery time listed at checkout. This ideally gives you the best possible timeframe of when you can expect delivery of your chosen item(s). However, Tied Up Neat is not responsible for any errors in these listings. You will receive a tracking number via an Order Status email when your order is accepted by the carrier.
Orders will be shipped on Tuesdays & Saturdays according to the following schedule:
TUESDAY SHIP OUT:
Orders received Thursday after 3pm ET thru Monday 3pm ET will be shipped on Tuesday.
SATURDAY SHIP OUT:
Orders received Monday after 3pm ET through Thursday 3pm ET will be shipped on Saturday.
SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING
You will be able to track the progress of your package after receipt by the carrier via the link on your Order Status email.
Once package is released to the carrier, Tied Up Neat assumes no responsibility for carrier delays.
